MARGOT H.G. MANBURG
Dramaturg.
Director.
Writer.
New plays.
TYA.

By heart, I am a storyteller and multimedia artist. By profession, I am a dramaturg, director, and writer specializing in new plays and stories for children.
My art blends empathy and research. Through them, I endeavor to ensure stories reflect a diversity of ethnicity, sexuality, socioeconomics, gender, religion, and ability. I delight in unexplored worlds, where marginalized protagonists triumph and dragons fly.
On this page are select photos of my work, my husband, my son, and my cat. All are equally important in my life.
A California native, I currently reside in Virginia.
